The easiest path is to grant Administrator. If you prefer a minimal subset: Manage Roles, Manage Channels, Manage Events, Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History. Manage Events is required for the events feature to mirror events into Discord's native Events tab.

Yes — every /config-* command has an equivalent panel in this dashboard. Open the dashboard, pick your guild, and configure visually.

Log in to the dashboard with Discord, then open Your Servers from the navbar. Only servers where you have Manage Guild or Administrator appear there.

Three common causes: (1) the token did save but you placed it on the wrong RSI handle — check your linked handle matches your RSI URL; (2) the token expired (24h TTL — start verification again to get a fresh one); (3) RSI's profile page is slow to update — wait 30 seconds and try again.

Yes. Enable verification for your guild via /config-citizen or the dashboard's citizen settings panel. You can also toggle require_verified_citizen on individual features (currently Applications) so verification is a prerequisite for participating.

The most common cause is that no board channel is configured on the event type. Open the event type in /config-events (or the dashboard) and set board_channel. Once set, new events post their RSVP embed within ~60 seconds of creation.

Two possible causes: (1) the bot lacks the Manage Events permission — grant it and recreate; (2) the event start time is in the past at the moment of creation — Discord rejects retroactive native events. The channel-embed RSVP still works in both cases.

Not yet — events use Discord's EXTERNAL event type, which takes a free-text location string (capped at 100 chars). VOICE-channel mode is a possible future addition.

Click View Subscriptions on the Tiers page, or open the bot's profile inside Discord and tap Premium. Subscriptions are handled by Discord's built-in Premium Apps system.

Discord controls the billing schedule. Check the price on the Discord subscription page when you upgrade.

Discord can take up to a minute to push the entitlement to the bot. Try running /status after ~60 seconds. If it still shows as Free, check Discord's subscription page and contact us in the support server if the issue persists.

Check /status — if it doesn't reply, the bot may be offline. We post incidents in the support server. If only some commands fail, the most common cause is missing permissions on a specific role — review your /config-perms setup.

Re-run the relevant /config-* command (or open its dashboard panel) and select a new channel. The bot doesn't auto-detect channel deletion; it will silently fail to post until you reconfigure.

Right-click the bot → Kick in your member list. Your guild's data stays in our database for 30 days in case you re-invite, then is permanently deleted. To request immediate deletion, message us in the support server.
