Analytics
Elite-only command usage reporting — total volume, daily activity, most-used commands, active users, and a 7-day trend chart for your guild.
The Analytics tab gives guild admins a read-only view of how the bot is actually being used in their server: how many commands have run, what's popular, and who's active. It's useful for spotting which features your community has adopted (and which you can retire), and for seeing whether an announcement or event actually moved usage.
Analytics is part of the Elite tier. On Free and Pro servers the Analytics card shows as locked and the tab is unavailable. Run /check-sub in Discord to confirm your server's current tier.
There is no Discord command for analytics — it's dashboard-only. The bot records command usage automatically; the tab just reports on it.
What the tab shows
The Analytics tab is read-only reporting, built from your guild's command invocations:
- Total Commands — all-time command invocations in this guild.
- Commands Today — invocations since midnight.
- Most Used — the single most-invoked command.
- Active Users — how many distinct members have run commands.
- Command Usage — Last 7 Days — an area chart of daily invocation volume over the past week.
| Total Commands | Commands Today | Most Used | Active Users |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4,812 | 37 | /order | 129 |
There's nothing to configure inside the tab itself — no filters to save, no data to edit. If the numbers look sparse, it just means the bot hasn't seen much usage yet; the stats fill in as members run commands.
Enabling Analytics
Analytics is gated by a feature toggle. Until it's on, the Analytics tab stays hidden/locked even on an Elite server.
- 1Open your guild's dashboard at
/dashboardand pick your server. You land on the Features tab. - 2Find the Analytics card in the feature grid and toggle it on. It's a toggle-only card — there's no Configure modal.
- 3Switch to the Analytics tab. It appears in the tab bar alongside Features, Permissions, Server Stats, Events, and Tokens. Stat cards and the 7-day chart load immediately from your guild's recorded usage.
The area chart covers the last 7 days, so the most useful picture emerges about a week after you enable the feature and your community is actively running commands. The all-time counters, however, reflect usage recorded from the start.
